Offex Courier Services SL (The company) undertake business and accept goods only on the conditions set out herein which are incorporated into any agreement between the Company and its customers.

The company reserves the right to rely also upon the conditions stipulated by carrying organizations employed by the Company or its agents through whose custody the goods may pass.

These conditions may not be altered by any employee or appointed agent of the Company. Any variation or alteration must be duly authorised by the Company in writing.

The customer warrants to the Company that it is the owner, or authorised agent of the owner, of any goods or property

The Company reserves the right to amend quoted rates in the event of variation of extended liability rates other charges applicable to the goods. Quotations are for immediate acceptance and subject to revision without notice.

The customer warrants the accuracy of the description value and other particulars furnished to the Company for customs and all purposes and undertake to indemnify the Company against any losses claims or damages arising from incorrect information however provided.

The customer shall comply with all laws, customs and government regulations of any country through or over which the goods maybe carried and the customer shall be responsible for complying with such regulations including those relating to packing carriage or delivery of the goods and shall provide any necessary documents to comply with such regulations.
The Company nor its agents shall be responsible for any expense incurred as a result of the customers failure to comply with these.

The company’s liability extends to UK, EC Europe, Eire, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only up to 100 Euros per consignment. The company will not otherwise extend its liability for carriage to any other areas, except on the written instructions of the customer, and the customer’s agreement to charges levied by the Company for extended liability to specific areas, and any extension of liability affected by the Company is subject to the conditions and exceptions of the underwriter accepting the risk. The Company can only extend liability to the intrinsic value of the goods. In all cases of documents and air tickets the liability of the Company.
