OFFEX UK - SPAIN MAIL & PARCELS

Having Difficulty Receiving Mail and Parcels from the UK?, Offex have a range of Services designed for Ex-Pats living and working in Spain.

DELIVERIES TO THE P.O. BOX VIA THE ROYAL MAIL

The sender in the UK pays the Postage at Normal UK Rates.
Items can be sent 1st & 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and Standard Parcel
The receiver then pays the amount shown on the Tariff.

To use this service you must first register with Offex online at www.offexspain.com
or at your nearest Offex Mailpoint.

When registering please include the names of all people in your Household or Company Name.
Mail is normally Received in Spain within 3-4 Days after posting in the UK

Letters and Packages Must Be Addressed as Follows

Unclaimed or Incorrectly Addressed Mail will be returned to Sender after 21 Days

You cannot use Royal Mail Parcelforce 24 or 48, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, ANC, BUSINESS POST, CITYLINK or any other Parcel Delivery Company to deliver to a PO Box
Please ensure you use the Depot Address for Courier Deliveries

DELIVERIES TO OUR CRAWLEY DEPOT

To be used for Parcels delivered to our UK Depot by Courier or Carrier.
This service is especially useful when the supplier offers Free Delivery in the UK.
All consignments are signed for by our Warehouse Staff in the UK.

We cannot accept deliveries by the Royal Mail at our Depot

Parcels must be addressed as follows:

We aim to deliver Parcels by AIR within 48 hours of receipt at our UK Depot, ROAD Services can take up to 7 working days.

 

DOOR to DOOR

Offex can collect from any business or Private Address in the UK and Deliver to you or your customer here in Spain.

Collections are made during Normal Business Hours Mon-Fri.
However we cannot guarantee an AM or PM Collection.

Next Day Delivery to Spain available from South of England, please ask for a quotation.

We operate a daily service Mon-Fri, Saturday Delivery available on request.

We aim to deliver DOOR to DOOR Shipments by AIR within 48 hrs (Excluding day of collection)
ROAD Services can take up to 7 Working Days
